Szkolenie ma charakter otwarty – każda zainteresowana osoba, jeśli spełnia nasze kryteria, może wziąć w nim udział.

Szkolenie jest 3-dniowe w formie warsztatów

Koszt szkolenia – 850 zł

W cenie zawarto:

  • Trzydniowe szkolenie
  • Pełny pakiet edukacyjny „Kuferek Tajemnic” – pakiet dla placówki oraz pakiet dla dziecka
  • Certyfikat trenerski
  • Przerwy kawowe

Cena nie zawiera:

  • Zakwaterowania
  • Wyżywienia

Każda osoba, która ukończy szkolenie oraz podpisze umowę trenerską z naszą Firmą będzie mogła szkolić z naszego pakietu. Każdy Trener (kontakt) zostanie umieszczony na naszej stronie internetowej.

Umowa trenerska zostanie przesłana przed szkoleniem trenerskim. Osoby związane z ODN-ami nie muszą podpisywać umowy trenerskiej z naszą Firmą

BLOK PIERWSZY (4 godz dydaktyczne)

Zapoznanie uczestników z narzędziem myślowym „Gałązka logiczna” w ramach programu TOC oraz nauczenie praktycznego zastosowania narzędzia podczas pracy z dziećmi
„Gałąź” jako logiczna struktura treści programowych:

  • porządkowanie, sekwencja zdarzeń, parafrazowanie najważniejszych tez, pojęć i innych zależności przyczynowo-skutkowych, gałąź prosta krótka, gałąź prosta długa – ćwiczenia
  • zróżnicowanie i integracja – dane kluczowe, szczegóły wspierające
  • znajdowanie i łączenie najważniejszych szczegółów wyjaśniających sytuację
  • wyciąganie wniosków, interpretacja, czyli „czytanie między wierszami” – gałąź złożona krótka, gałąź złożona długa – ćwiczenia
  • ewaluacja poprawności przyjmowanych założeń i wnioskowania drogą taksonomii (nazewnictwo, przyjęte terminy) oraz stosowanie prostych pytań systematyzujących
  • zastosowanie w podejmowaniu odpowiednich decyzji w formie konsekwencji lub przyczyn prowadzących do określonych konsekwencji. „Gałąź logiczna” – zastosowanie w procesie wychowawczym
  • „Gałąź pozytywna i negatywna”; zamiana gałęzi negatywnej w pozytywną – ćwiczenia

Zastosowanie nauczanych treści w pakiecie „KUFEREK TAJEMNIC. Narzędzia TOC w służbie dziecka”.

  • zapoznanie ze strukturą pakietu dotyczącą zastosowania „Gałązki logicznej”, z materiałami dla nauczyciela i materiałami dla dziecka,
  • podział na 5 grup ( 5 opowiadań ),
  • szczegółowe analizowanie obu sesji (gałązka logiczna) dotyczących każdego opowiadania,
  • ustalenie ról w grupach, prezentacja użycia narzędzia w wybranych opowiadaniach

Refleksja i ewaluacja. Dostrzeganie użyteczności i zastosowania narzędzia myślowego „Gałąź logiczna” w nauczaniu, uczeniu się i wychowaniu oraz sytuacjach osobistych

BLOK PIERWSZY (4 godz dydaktyczne)

Zapoznanie uczestników szkolenia z narzędziem myślowym „Chmurka” w ramach programu TOC oraz nauczenie praktycznego zastosowania narzędzia podczas pracy na zajęciach z dziećmi
„Chmurka” jako struktura treści programowych:

  • identyfikacja problemu poprzez podanie sprzecznych żądań. Rodzaje konfliktów (wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny),
  • interpretacja informacji – przejście do etapu potrzeb. Rozpoznanie strzałki łamanej i horyzontalnej,
  • interpretacja i uogólnienie – określenie wspólnego celu,
  • synteza informacji zgodna z koncepcją żądań, potrzeb, celów,
  • ocena logiki przeprowadzonej analizy
  • rozwiązanie intuicyjne, sposoby zaspokajania potrzeb,
  • rozwiązanie systemowe, założenia, czyli czytanie pomiędzy wierszami,
  • przekładanie chmurek tekstowych na ogólne i indywidualne, związek celów zajęć z życiem codziennym,
  • zastosowanie w podejmowaniu odpowiedzialnych decyzji,
  • adekwatność poznanych treści jako czynnik motywujący nauczycieli (odkrywanie myśli przewodnich, głównych tematów, twórcze rozwiązywanie problemów).

Zastosowanie nauczanych treści w pakiecie „KUFEREK TAJEMNIC. Narzędzia TOC w służbie dziecka”.

  • zapoznanie ze strukturą pakietu dotyczącą zastosowania „Chmurki”, z materiałami dla nauczyciela i materiałami dla dziecka,
  • analiza opowiadań, identyfikacja (jawnych i ukrytych) problemów występujących w opowiadaniach,
  • wykorzystanie materiałów dydaktycznych do przeprowadzenia analizy problemu za pomocą „Chmurki” – praca w grupach ze scenariuszem zajęć,
  • prezentacja efektów wypracowanych przez grupy.

Refleksja i ewaluacja. Dostrzeganie użyteczności i zastosowania narzędzia myślowego chmurka w nauczaniu, uczeniu się i wychowaniu oraz sytuacjach osobistych.

Zapoznanie uczestników z narzędziem myślowym „Drzewko ambitnego celu” w ramach programu TOC oraz oraz nauczenie praktycznego zastosowania narzędzia podczas pracy z dziećmi
„Drzewko ambitnego celu” jako logiczny i strategiczny plan realizacji treści programowych:

  • określenie definicji ambitnego celu,
  • wykorzystanie różnych rodzajów treści do omówienia drzewka ambitnego celu,
  • etapy budowania „drzewka ambitnego celu”: określenie ambitnego celu, ustalenie przeszkód, nazwanie celów pośrednich, określenie działań, ustalenie kolejności ułożenia celów pośrednich,
  • ćwiczenia praktyczne w zastosowaniu drzewka ambitnego celu do analizy tekstów literackich, sytuacji wychowawczych i zadaniowych,
  • praca w grupach z wykorzystaniem „drzewka ambitnego celu” do wybranych tekstów z zakresu literatury dziecięcej,
  • adekwatność nauczanych treści jako czynnik motywujący nauczycieli (odkrywanie myśli przewodnich, głównych tematów, twórcze rozwiązywanie problemów),
  • zastosowanie „drzewka ambitnego celu” do odpowiedzialnej realizacji celów osobistych.
